The community is comprised of 320 units, 21,565 feet of common area surrounded by meticulously manicured landscape grounds.
The beautiful common areas inside the building and the magnificent exterior create a true icon in downtown San Diego, but it is the wonderful people that make CityFront Terrace a unique community.
Built in 1991 and completed in 1993, CityFront Terrace was integrated with the historic Citrus Soap Factory and became one of the largest brick buildings on the west coast. Beginning in 2000 and over a period of three years, all condominiums were sold to private individuals, thus establishing the owner-controlled Association.
