After a vote of CityFront Terrace Homeowners Association, the Governing Documents at CityFront Terrace were amended in 2013.

Three important changes that affect future sales and rentals are listed for your convenience:

1) Rentals are capped at 25% of the total units (80 units.)

   Please check with the Management Office for appropriate disclosure to determine how or if this will affect you before purchasing or listing your unit.

2) Rental tenants may not have dogs.

3) A minimum of a 30-day lease is required.
